Client Services Advisor & Parking Administrator

Act as a first point of contact for all client enquiries telephoning the business, interacting by email or in person, providing high quality advice and, where possible, first-time resolution across a broad range of the company s activities, striving to deliver client service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a mature and understanding manner as may deal with sensitive issues on a daily basis. A second language would be an advantage. 12 month FTC.
