Health, Safety & Regulatory Manager

Through the delivery of inspections, audits, risk assessments, performance monitoring and compliance reporting, the role will provide oversight of compliance performance across the organisation, particularly in relation to the Health & Safety at Work, Planning and Building Law, regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, British Standards and technical guidance. 10 years' experience in a health and safety, compliance or property role within housing, construction, property management, or a similarly regulated environment.
