CIPD level 3 qualified individual with practical HR experience sought to support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to the delivery of the People strategy. You will provide expert advice, drive employee engagement and support the development of a high-performing, values-led culture. Must be credible, confident and organised with an energetic can-do attitude and ability to display confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion. Solid understanding of Employment Law legislations.
