People & Culture Business Partner

You ll be a trusted advisor to the organisation, aligning people initiatives with business strategy, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting organisational change and driving initiatives that enhance the colleague experience and high performance. Must have sound knowledge of Jersey employment legislation and the ability to analyse data effectively to inform decisions and use good judgement when providing managers and colleagues with advice and guidance.
