People & Culture Business Partner

Provide strategic and operational support and advice to business stakeholders within the allocated portfolios of responsibility. You would take responsibility for supporting designated business areas, advising on people matters, managing complex employee relations issues and helping shape and deliver the organisation's wider people strategy.
