Business Application Support Officer

Great opportunity to join the team responsible for installing, upgrading and maintaining software / applications and also work with databases, operating systems and networking. You'll manage configurations of all platforms and provide first level technical support for core business systems. Must have an understanding of ITIL Foundation level and Service Transition, change management processes and experience in Microsoft Cloud Platform systems would be beneficial.
