Senior Legal Counsel

Provide legal advice on trust, company and fiduciary matters, supporting senior stakeholders and client teams on complex structures, transactions and regulatory requirements. Must have strong trust or fiduciary legal experience, sound technical knowledge and judgement and excellent communication skills.
